Piching your business project to your management team in order to get initial funding. The judgement will be based on possibility to develop into new businesses for Honda, not just about improving day-to-day process.

Investment
The management team together with business experts will make an investment decision. Everybody has an opportunity to lead your new project and potentially lead a new business for Honda

Prototyping
You will form a team of talents to develop and test your prototype within Honda Group. There's no systematic process here. Be prepare for hard work as everything has to be aglie and flexible.

Scaling
After proofing your concept, you are now ready to scale your business beyond Honda. If your business goes well, you will be heading a new company invested by Honda and enjoy doing what you love.
